There was a glitch in FC Mobile where the Blanc card appeared in the Star Shards Token exchange. I personally bought the Blanc card using my Star Shards Tokens, but later my card was removed by FC Mobile. However, I did not receive any return compensation such as Star Shards Tokens, Rank Up Points, or Draft Vouchers. This made me very disappointed.
Players who bought the card using Star Shards Tokens later received compensation, but I still did not receive any Rank Up Points, Draft Vouchers, or Star Shards Tokens in return.
I spend a lot of money on FC Mobile and play the game regularly, yet FC Mobile did not give me anything. Not only that, but why didn’t EA FC Mobile give anything to the players who did not buy the card either? The players who bought it received 5 Draft Vouchers, Rank Up Points, and other extra rewards. However, not every player even ranked up the Blanc card, yet they still received Rank Up Points. This is a very unfair and disappointing side of FC Mobile that I have noticed.
I truly love FC Mobile. I do not have a lot of money, but I still spend a decent amount on the game. In my free time after work, I mostly play FC Mobile.
Anyway, FC Mobile, I hope you will provide me with my compensation in the form of Rank Up Points, Star Shards, and Draft Voucher
