Missing players from the mar

I play FC Mobile. I wanted to purchase from the in-game transfer market 25 players. I placed 25 lots for 97 cdm Wieffer. I wanted to claim these players, once they bought. The bug has occurred and none of the taps worked to press and claim players. I exited the market and returned back. Then I saw that instead of 25 players, I can claim only 5, but the coins were deducted as for 25. Now, I am trying to find a way how to get these 20 players.
