Contacting support in-game is the only way on the EA side to get assistance with a purchasing issue. You can retry with the support advisors, but be prepared that you may get the same response as before. EA_Barry.
And again, the in-game support fails to provide a solution of sending the items to the account. Simply redirects me to Apple who refuses to refund me on the purchases. Then they simply close down my entire chat line, without even letting me communicate more or ask questions. Meaning I have to make an entirely new one just to face the same result. Why do they even ask for proof of purchase or what the pack included (which is still in the store) if they won’t give it to me and just say go get a refund? Are you going to do something? Or just send me this message based of a taught script and a faulty support system? HELP? You guys are so hard to deal with. Jesus. At least act like you’re trying to do your job. Extremely upsetting. I won’t be a returning customer, and if you don’t get a higher expertise person or solution involved, I will be getting in contact with a lawyer.
