Problem with rank up card

HI i have problem with rank up card, I have a benzema non-replaceable card (red) 103 ovr, I intended to raise the card to the maximum level so I bought the same one on the market. After buying a replaceable card when I enter the card rank up it does not see any card for rank up and this happens when I want to raise the level of a replaceable card and the same non-replaceable card and they are the same cards. What should I do?

@GLINIK_GKS The trained card you are trying to use to rank the untrained card is both in your line up and trained - you will need to transfer training and remove from line up before you can use it for rank fodder

I tried it on other cards earlier, similarly, wanting to raise the penultimate level to the maximum, and the same thing did not see the card for rank up, and at the beginning of the previous season, when the new rank up system came in, I could do it this way
