Why can’t I exchange players for shards in Ragnarok
I do not receive Ragnarok Tokens after playing Division Rival games, as it replaced the Aqua vs Inferno Tokens for the daily limit of 5 thing. And also Ragnarok players do not show up when going to exchange them for Ragnarok Shards. Please fix this issue.
You can’t exchange players for shards in Ragnarok nor can you obtain Ragnarok points. The entire event is unplayable except for packs
yes bro facing same issue. it seems that only ragnarok tradable players are available to exchange for shards. hope this isn't permanent
Just open Ragnarok pack, got a lot of cards but they were unable to be exchaged to shards, what is goin on?

me too, i spent 1500 FC points for nothing :) i had 900 potential shards
I have the same problem, I can't see the players in the exchange and I have already opened the packages for 100k games
