Ragnarok players cannot be traded for shards!!!!

I have nearly 10 Ragnarok players and I wanted to use them in shard exchange, but I encountered a player not found error. Please do what is necessary

You can’t exchange players for shards in Ragnarok nor can you obtain Ragnarok points. The entire event is unplayable except for packs
