Ragnarok players cannot be traded for shards!!!!

I have nearly 10 Ragnarok players and I wanted to use them in shard exchange, but I encountered a player not found error. Please do what is necessary

I do not receive Ragnarok Tokens after playing Division Rival games, as it replaced the Aqua vs Inferno Tokens for the daily limit of 5 thing. And also Ragnarok players do not show up when going to exchange them for Ragnarok Shards. Please fix this issue.

yes bro facing same issue. it seems that only ragnarok tradable players are available to exchange for shards. hope this isn't permanent
