Simply don't play if u R loosing 2 much.. take a break.  There is life beyond the game mate ;) I don't play H2H mostly as can't seem to understand how the opponents with such low ovrs overrun my fully ranked up squad.  What u say is justified but makes zero business sense to EA.  They would want you to spend and upgrade, isn't it?
