How do l upgrade player's skill to lvl3. I can not find any related article or video

Player cards nowadays only have skill level upto 2 but old cards like that from Captains event have skill level 3 but for that you would need a past event player card and rank up points enough to rank up a player card upto 3 times. That's all. If you need more help then feel free to ask.

In this achievement quests. I am unable to this quest,"Upgrade a player's skill to level 3". I am unable to understand this quest. Can you tell me that how to do this quest? Please tell me how to complete this.
Can you tell me which players can be upgraded to lvl 3, I'll try to buy that player from marker and rank him up, I just don't wanna waste rankup tokens and coins by experimenting with random players

Try buying less ovr card from older events and make sure that their skill can be levelled up 3 times before buying. Captain's event and events before it have cards with skills upto level 3.
Buying a ranked up card is the best option so you don't have to waste rank up points.
Otherwise the cheapest way is to rank up a bronze card 3 times which takes a total of 120 rank up points.
You can sell the player later.

I can't upgrade a player's skill to level 3 for a quest because has been updated and now players can only be upgraded to skill level 2. (Mobile)
