This isn't something that forums typically deal with. If you think that they need to be reported for shady approach, you need to use the league report tool, explaining briefly why, and the EA team dealing with these reports can look at the details.
Rewards-wise, there were similar issues raised in the past and players like yourself just had to wait until the LVL season was over, and they still got their share of tokens they earned, given that they did not join the league until the season was over.
