You aint getting what you payed for i request your undstanding .
I purchased something and spoke to 21 EA customer support agents and they took so long to resolve the issue from me not receiving a purchase in game cause what ever code orange means after the purchase went through and was a successful transaction saying transaction complete and started loading the offer 74 I purchased its lagged and froze being a very bad way to tell a customer that we're unable to fix the problem with it being so long ago ... well is it my fault that it took 21 people to ask for the same info that I gave them proof of transaction in screenshots with the transaction number id and my email along with the pack purchased and the date and times there I just never received anything only thing I got was both packs I purchased before then that being the 3rd for the weekly scoring streak I even sent the screenshot of the offering that I payed for still showing I can buy it looked at the purchase history on my end and it shows it was complete and successfully completed but I never recieved it following the links and such step by step they instructed to see if it works. nothing
