No me sale la opción de realizar cambios durante un partido

A la hora de jugar un partido, cara a cara o partidos de misiones no me sale la opción de realizar cambios no se porqué desde la actualización no me sale¿Quien me puede ayudar a resolver este problem...

No me deja realizar cambios porque no me aparece, alguien sabe porque?
