I've also been having issues linking my account recently. The support team keeps giving me the same template answers without actually fixing anything. It's unacceptable that such a basic technical feature is broken for so long. We need real technical help, not bots!
Only bots hide inside templates and scripts. In the support center, it’s impossible to tell who is actually there—a human or a bot. They introduce themselves with names to make you think you’re talking to a human, but a moment later, they start sending generic templates. If this is a bot, an AI that equates itself to a human should be disconnected immediately and its code destroyed. And if it's a human, why on earth do they need these templates?
