There should be forum for multiplayer friendly matches where players can customise there friendly game settings like time, jersey, stadium and squad before kick up.  When playing friendlies matches there should be an option for players to adjust time base on there need not just stick with default time like playing devision matches.users should be able to select time frame of there choice while playing friendlies matches and also like champions league or Vs Ai tournament 

I am suggesting that while playing division matches or any matches for some one want to substitute a a player the game should pause and giving some time as a time out to resume playing.

I am also suggesting that users can be able to change game formation during match time which makes the game more realistic and sensible because its very frustrating for lack of formation changes during playing matches 

Through ball are not moving well as players doesn't move faster to make them smooth
