Hello,

I had 10 packs ready to open in FIFA Mobile, and one of them had a guaranteed player reward.

When I tried to open them, something went wrong and the game suddenly reset my progress to 100 packs instead. Because of this, I lost my progress and the guaranteed reward.

Please check my account and restore my previous pack progress or provide appropriate compensation.
