1- Unable to access Extra Time, 2- Mascherano only rewards?

1- I am level 9 in the game but whenever I press on the EXTRA TIME section it says "LOCKED! you need to be lvl 4"

2- why is there an overload of 91 OVR Mascherano in all the rewards for me? I find it even in the icons chronicles, or the beckham chronicles, or the aquafina event rewards, etc. I have 5 already
