Bug loading

The game is always stuck on loading when downloading source data match game. Even the loading game always came in the middle of the match

    Hey there, and thanks for joining our forums. Here are some basic steps you could try if the app is getting stuck on your device. 

    • Force close FC Mobile (don’t leave it in the background), then reopen.
    • Restart your connection: toggle Airplane Mode ON/OFF, or reboot your router. If possible, try a different network (Wi-Fi and mobile data).
    • Turn off VPN/Private DNS (if you use one).
    • Check free storage on your device (low storage can cause resource downloads to fail).
    • Clear the cache and then restart phone.

    My game also gets frozen when starting a VSA, Head to Head, Manager mode or even a training or event match. I literally can't play the game only thing I can do is sit in the Lobby. 

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times, VPN ON, VPN OFF, changed wifi, cleared cache But nothing worked.

    At this point I feel like every update the game gets more and more unplayable.

    Help if there is any solution for this. If not maybe I should just hang up my boots (retire from EAFC 26).

    Could you please share a bit more information so we can better understand what might be causing this?

    • Device name and model
    • Current OS version
    • Connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
    • Region
    • Screenshot of any error message (if available)
