Can not buy some packages

Hi team,

In FC Mobile, I can not buy some packages (not all). I have setup billing for my Google Play account and I think it work fine because I can buy some other packages. I also tried clear the cache but doesn't help. 

Please help to check the attachments. Thanks

    That's a good point above. Could you please confirm your account's region and if you are using vpn or any kind of ad blocker? 

  • My account region is Vietnam. I have installed the app from Google Play Store and played the game without any VPN or Ad blocker setup. I just tried to start the game with VPN connection but doesn't work also.

    Can I get some help here please? Is it related to the linked accounts? I have linked my EA account and Play Games account, but the Link accounts mission still have not completed yet.

  • Now after changing the Language for the device system also, it work! But I still can't verify the "Link EA Account" mission eventhough I've linked my EA account.

    Thanks for the update on the situation. Regarding the account-linking objective, could you please start a new thread on our boards? This seems to be a separate issue, and having its own thread will help us track it more clearly. We’ll keep an eye on it and see if others add to it, so we can collect more examples for the team.
