cant watch ads for 2 months now. tried all trouble shoot for android devices. i am using one plus 9 5g

Since I installed the game fc mobile, I cannot watch ads and promotions. Please help, since watching ads is needed to progress in O Rei quest.
I can't watch any ads in the game for last 2or3months
