EA bug - can't open my FC mobile account

I cannot open the main screen of the game I am using huawei tgr w09 tab no error message it foes not come it shows ball of fc and small stadium spining

This looks more like a device loading issue than an account issue, especially if the game gets stuck on the spinning screen. Try fully closing the game, restarting your tablet, and launching it again. Also make sure the game is updated and that it has all required permissions enabled.
