    Hey everyone, 

    I can share our System Requirements article with you.

    The minimum specs for downloading the game, any game mode, or FPS might change over time. Some devices might not be able to run the newest version of the game. 

    Supported devices are subject to change.

    From August 2026 the EA SPORTS FC Mobile app may be removed from the app store for unsupported devices.

    Please make sure you linked your account to Facebook, Apple Account, or Google Play, so your progress is backed up.

    Once you’ve switched to a supported device, you'll be able to install the game again and carry over your progress.

    Thank you for your patience with this.

Hello EA team,

I am unable to install or update EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile from the Google Play Store because it displays the error message: “This app isn’t compatible with your device. Contact the developer for more information.” 

The game is currently installed on my device and runs completely fine with great performance, but the Play Store compatibility block prevents me from receiving future updates. Many other Galaxy A06 users are reporting this exact same issue on the forums. 

My specific device details are: 

• Device: Samsung Galaxy A06

• Storage / RAM: 64 GB / 4 GB RAM

• Processor: MediaTek Helio G85

• GPU: Mali-G52 MC2

• OS: Android / One UI Core 

Could you please check the device manifest settings on the Google Play Console for the Galaxy A06? Since the phone's hardware exceeds the minimum requirements and runs the game perfectly, it seems this model was accidentally excluded or flagged as incompatible in a recent backend update. 

I would really appreciate it if the development team could whitelist/fix compatibility for the Samsung Galaxy A06.

I have fc mobile on my a06 and it's working perfectly, but when i go to playstore and search it, it doesn't appear. And they're saying it's no longer compatible. @ea please can u let us know the eligibility devices and stuff send why it's no longer compatible. I'm on android 16 snd ui 8
