Update for everyone
I just had a very disappointing interaction with EA Help regarding Case #233305044. Despite resuming the case and providing detailed CPU logs to help fix the performance issues, the support agent (JV) spent the entire session stalling and trying to deflect the issue to in-game support.
In the end, they simply marked the case as 'No Fix Available' and ended the chat. This is unacceptable when technical data has been provided specifically to help the Dev team. It feels like the support team is just trying to close tickets rather than resolving actual bugs.
I’m posting this here because I trust the Community Team more than the chat support. please look into this case. The logs are there, the bug is real, and 'No Fix Available' is not a valid answer for a technical investigation that hasn't even started.
