Got banned for no reason

My account has been active for over 3 years without any bugs or regulations, and I also have FC24 FC25. In the afternoon, I played manager mode and my overall rating was 122. I played from professional to legendary three and played more than ten games. When I finished the last game, I was told that I had been banned. I didn't do anything during the competition and had no adverse effects. I just hung up in the background and played manager mode. I really like this game.
