H2H Disconnects During “Loading Gameplay” After Ballon d’Or Event Update
Hello EA FC Mobile team,
I've been playing FC Mobile for about 3 years, and I've recently encountered a serious problem with Head-to-Head (H2H).
The problem started around 3–4 days ago, after the Ballon d'Or event update. Before this, I could reach 50 stars in H2H and rarely experienced disconnections.
Here is what happens:
- When I start an H2H match, the game sometimes stays on the “Loading Gameplay” screen for a long time, then disconnects me and returns me to the main menu.
- The game counts these disconnections as losses, even though I cannot play a single second of the match.
- My ping indicator stays green, and my internet works normally when I successfully enter a match.
- Sometimes I can finish one H2H match, but then I may experience several disconnections in a row.
- VSA works much better than H2H, and I can play several VSA matches without problems.
Troubleshooting I've already tried:
- Cleared the game's cache.
- Reinstalled FC Mobile and logged back into my original account.
- Tested two different SIM cards/networks, including Safaricom.
- Checked that the problem persists despite these attempts.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A07.
Could the team please investigate whether this is a server-side issue, a match-loading bug, or another connection problem affecting H2H?
I'm losing H2H stars because of these disconnections, despite having a stable-looking ping. Please help me find a solution.
