    Hey @su5e91cbh5pl  It usually happens when players register an account with the incorrect age. You can only select your age when you create your profile, and it cannot be changed later. You will not be able to link your account if you do not meet the minimum age requirements.

@ZIWTUBE Try contacting customer support in game. Maybe they can help but I don't think there is a fix for that.
