I did not receive my gift for code ballondor after redeeming the code.(When I first redeemed it it said redeemed successfully but didn't show up in ingame mail)
Then I tried again redeeming and it says SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER
i did not receive my gift for redeeming the ballondor, (i did redeem it before the start of the event tho)
So when I try to redeam a code like: BALLONDOR
I’m already logged in my account, already linked, but it just says: Something Went Wrong
Please Try Again Later
I tried multiple times, its like as if my account has an issue or something. Before this I had been able to redeam codes just fine, like from the CEMPASUCHI code (i dont remember the full code) it worked just fine before….

Hey @FayaazZawaad I would recommend contacting our support to take a look.
I am able to do the capthcha, but after redeaming it just says something went wrong…

The code “ballondor” was not correct and would not have produced a reward pack even if accepted - if you try

They should work
