I didn't receive the package I bought

Hello, I have paid a of 16,000 rupiah in Indonesian on the 19th via QRIS, but the pack has not been receive to my account. My account UID: [Removed - CM] Please help

    Sometimes it can take a bit for the content to come through. We recommend checking again after allowing 24hrs, to see if the content arrived. 

    If it doesn't, your next steps would be to run through these few quick and easy troubleshooting steps:

    • Restart the game and your device
      • Fully close the app, then reopen it.
      • If that doesn’t help, restart your phone or tablet and try again.
    • Check your internet connection
      • Use a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
      • Test another app or website to make sure the internet is working.
    • Check your store purchase history
      • Open Google Play or the App Store and look for the order.
      • If there’s no record of the purchase, the payment likely didn’t go through.
      • If it shows as pending, processing, declined, or unpaid, it’s usually an issue with the store or payment method.
    • Check device date, time and region
      • Make sure date, time and time zone are correct (preferably set automatically).
      • Check that your region / country matches the one used in your store account.

    I checked the Play Store under Budget & History. I saw FC Mobile 7 Rp. 17,760 The status was: Canceled But my uncle said the payment was successful on QRIS, but I didn't receive any package. The QRIS payment was first downloaded on the 16th, and my uncle paid for it on the 19th (now).

    Ok, according to Google's support article under 'Order Statuses', 'Cancelled' literally means the order was cancelled. This would explain why you're not seeing any content. The purchase order wasn't processed because it was cancelled.

    I wouldn't know about QRIS payments or what is happening there, and I'm hesitant to speculate, as we don't handle the purchases made from the Google Play Store. If the QRIS payment doesn't resolve itself / the charge isn't refunded to your uncle soon, he may want to contact QRIS or the Play Store to look into that.
