I would like to change current EA account that linked with the game

Hi,

my account is now linked with Game center and an EA account.

recently I’ve lost access to the email i’v been used for this EA account because it’s terminated therefore I can’t get into my account to claim rewards, for example, from Redeem codes. 

since access to the email is not possible so I can’t unlink this EA account by and like a new one by myself.

Since the game account is not only linked with EA account.so I have evidence that i’m the account owner. 

so can you please help suggest how i can change my EA account?
