Incompatible issue with the itel city 100

Hello EA, I'm having a compatibility issue with FC Mobile 27 on my itel City 100, model C671L. It worked before, but Google Play now says the app is unavailable for my device and warns it may stop working. My device has a Unisoc T7250 processor, Mali-G57 MP1 GPU, and 6 GB of physical RAM. Could you please confirm whether the itel C671L is intentionally unsupported or if it might have been incorrectly excluded from FC Mobile 27? If it's unsupported, could you explain what specifically makes this device incompatible?
