I cannot run FC Mobile on my OPPO A5x (CPH2725).

Device:

Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1

RAM: 4GB + 4GB Extended RAM

Android 16

ColorOS 16.0.5

The game shows:

“Sorry, your hardware specs are too low to run the game.”

Please check my device compatibility and whitelist/support OPPO A5x (CPH2725) if possible.

I’m experiencing a compatibility/update problem with FC Mobile 27 on my itel City 100.

Before the FC Mobile 27 update, the game worked on my phone. After the new update, the game tells me that an update is required, but when I open Google Play, there is no update available. When I tried reinstalling the game, Google Play showed that the app was only available for my other devices.

My phone is running Android 14. I would like EA to please check whether the itel City 100 was incorrectly removed from the supported-device list or whether there is a compatibility problem with the new FC Mobile 27 update.

I have also seen reports from players using other Android phones experiencing similar compatibility problems.

Please investigate this issue and let me know whether support for my device can be restored.

Last Night before the update the game was working fine , after the update the game is no longer compatible with my phone and cannot be updated ......

My Samsung Galaxy A05s (SM-A057M/DS), running Android 15 with 6 GB of RAM, worked fine with FC Mobile prior to the update for the '27 season. Following the update, the Google Play Store began reporting that my device is incompatible with the current version of the game.

My device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and an Adreno 610 GPU. I would like to know if the Galaxy A05s has been officially removed from the list of compatible devices or if there is a compatibility issue with the new version that can be fixed.

I would also like to point out that the Adreno 610 does not appear on the public list of incompatible GPUs provided by EA.

I have been playing FIFA/FC Mobile since 2017 and have made significant progress on my account. I would like to know if there are any plans to support the Galaxy A05s (SM-A057M/DS) in FC Mobile 27.

I play EA SPORTS FC Mobile every day and have been enjoying the game without any issues. Yesterday, when I tried to log in, I received a message stating that the game was under maintenance.

After the maintenance period was over, I tried to access the game again, but I suddenly received a “Device Not Supported” message.

My device is an OPPO A5. Before the maintenance, FC Mobile worked perfectly on my device without any compatibility, performance, or login issues. The “Device Not Supported” message only appeared after the maintenance.

Could you please investigate this issue and check whether my device was incorrectly marked as unsupported following the maintenance or update? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can continue playing the game normally.

I would like to report a compatibility issue with my device, Vivo Y36 5G (V2248).

I was able to play FC Mobile normally on this device before. However, after the latest FC Mobile 27 update, I can no longer install the game. Google Play now shows “Your device isn’t compatible with this version.”

My device information:

Model: Vivo Y36 5G (V2248)

RAM: 8GB

Chipset: MediaTek Dimensity 6020

Android: Android 13

The Google Play page states that the game requires Android 7.0 or above, and my device meets this requirement. However, Google Play specifically lists my device as “Unable to run on your device.”

I have also made in-game purchases previously, so I would really appreciate it if EA could clarify whether the Vivo Y36 5G is intentionally excluded from FC Mobile 27 or if this is a compatibility issue that may be fixed.

Could you please confirm whether support for the Vivo Y36 5G (V2248) will be restored in a future update?

FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after Reinstall

EA Support, I'm having trouble reinstalling EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my device. Device: Redmi 8 a dual  OS: Android 10 What happened: I had FC Mobile installed and working perfectly on this exact device. Yesterday I deleted the app, and today when I try to reinstall it from the Google Play Store, it shows "This app is not compatible with your device." Nothing about my device has changed since it last worked. Could you please check the compatibility manifest for the redmi 8a dual and let me know if this can be corrected, or advise plz solve this problem I struggling today

Device Compatibility issue on Samsung Galaxy A05s after FC 27 update

I cant update fifa i have samsung a05s

So i was just want to play some fc mobile with my friend and its also the time fc mobile switch from fc 26 to fc 27 and all of sudden i got an message telling me to update my game but when i try to update my game it says "This app is no longer compatible with your device. Please contact the developer for more information.” can you tell me what the problem here? Beacause i see other people also talking about this it was either beacause my phone is really bad or fc mobile is really bugging right now(my account name is abiganteng)

EA DEVELOPER , I am using Galaxy SM145F/DS Android 15 latest updated on june 1 . In this device fc 27 should not be incomaltible . It have latest GPU , and can run Deltaforce , Call of Duty type  modern heavy games easily so remove galaxy latest and 15 all device . 

I found the problem. My phone runs the GE8320 which is on the list of incompatible. I'm pretty sad about the abrupt loss of the game, but sometimes you gotta kick a bad habit cold turkey anyway.  Good luck to the survivors of the update. 

Would be nice if someone would tell my league FC Royals that they need to find someone else to setup the tournaments.

I have an OPPO A38 (model CPH2579), running Android 15. FC Mobile was working normally on my device before the FC Mobile 27 update. After the update, the game asks me to update, but when I tap OK, Google Play opens and shows that the app is no longer available on my device. There is no Update button, only Install/Play, with a compatibility warning.

I already cleared the Google Play Store cache and restarted my phone, but the problem remains.

Please check whether my device was incorrectly excluded from FC Mobile 27 compatibility and whether support can be restored.
