Issue with Star Shards exchange

I believe there is an issue with the Star Shards exchange.

I purchased several World Games players (OVR 110–117) from the market, but they do not appear as eligible for the Star Shards exchange.

This issue only affects players purchased through the market

Could you please confirm whether this is an intended restriction or a bug? If it's a bug, I'd appreciate it if the team could investigate and resolve the issue.

    I have just bought a number of 110 and 111 players in the market intending to convert them into points for an exchange.

    when I went to the signings section the players are not there. Is this a bug? Otherwise how do I convert the players into points?

    The tradeables are not allowed to be converted into signing shards at present, so it's by design, and it definitely is not a bug.

    The feedback about it was sent when it 1st appeared.
