Lost Guest Account Recovery
Dear EA FC Mobile Team,
I lost my Guest FC account from my iPad 2nd generation Pro 13-inch, with an OVR 119.
I do not have my UID but I have the league, device played on, username, level.
I will not post the details here for security reasons.

If you're hoping to recover your FC Mobile guest account, you'll need to contact our in-game support with your User ID. I'm sorry to say, but support will need your User ID to locate your account; otherwise, they won't be able to do so.
