Not receiving proper rewards

The players are always in the lineups before I start the expedition but still no joy.
I've just completed another & the same thing has happened again, I have lost out on so many rewards because of this it's getting ridiculous.
@kevina85 So not picking up exchange Voller or Star Pass Gomez … I thought that had been fixed - have passed on to the team.
(And so t worry about missing out on rewards - the most you get out of those is 10 gems ot 10,000 coins)
