Hello, my name is Ilya. I contacted support about linking my account to an account. At first I asked to change the date of birth, because I mistakenly set a minor age - it didn't help! Then I asked to transfer my account to a new one - they redirected me here! According to the responses of other support people, you probably can never help in any way.
I repeat, I don't want to lose my account, it makes sense for me to play if it's all lost. I'm asking you for the last time:
1) Or transfer all accumulated progress from one account to another.
2) Or change my date of birth, regardless of whether I live in Russia or not
3) Or make it possible for me to link an account.
Is it really so difficult for you to help a player who is faced with such a problem? It is necessary to warn or write in advance that account linking is only available to adults. I've been an adult for a long time, I don't want to lose my account!
So far, I see only inaction on your part, your support does not help in any way.
