Profile rank not choosing the correct rank.

I’ve reached Champion on VS attack but when i check my profile it still says im in pro lll. I’ve tried playing the game again, deleting the app and also even reopening the app. Ive contacted the supports but they said to reopen the app or play a another game, but none of these work. I’m still waiting for it to display the correct ranking
