Rank up issue

I have duplicate cards for TOTS Romero-OVR 94. I cannot rank up one card with another. Please help.

    @Zenith1706 So what are you saying, you tried to rank untradeable with tradeable and tradeable doesn't appear? Thats the way its intended. You would need to get tradeable card ranked up 2 times in order for untradeable blue rank to appear

@Zenith1706 Check if you are using his other card on any other lineup or in the substitutes. If you do, then remove him from the lineup or subtitute.

Also if you have trained him then he wont appear for the rank up.

    @totynationfm Nope, I don't have the other card in any other line-up nor did I train it.

        I have attached a screenshot. As you can see, first card is ranked-up. But I cannot see other cards in the rank-up option. And neither of them are used in any other team
