Resource Download Error [0x000003E8]

Whenever I try to play any matches/skill games in TOTS, it kicks me out everytime after completing the download 100% in loading screen, and shows me this message!

    I've somehow fixed the issue, dont know how though. Here what I tried:

    Reinstalled the app
    Opened the game with Turbo VPN
    Change the graphics settings to the lowest
    Linked every possible account to my ID (EA, Game Center, Apple ID)
    Deleted all the additional lineups

    After doing these steps, I was able to play the event without any errors.

I am getting the same error while trying to play skill games, H2H, Vs attack in EA SPORTS Fifa mobile. I have reinstalled the app in my Android phone and the issue still persists.  My phone has 74 GB free space. I deleted all secondary or extra lineups in the game. I set Graphics Settings resolution to Standard also did Clear Cache, then Clear Data for the app in my Android settings.  Can you help? I am based in Poland.
