Same old network problems every time a new event starts

It keeps doing this every time a new event happens earlier before I logged off I had 15k+ gems and now all gone again sure this isn’t good enough. Last time I will say the gems were refunded back to my account but still not good enough and I can’t play the game because this keeps popping up every 2 minutes it won’t let me play H2H which is my main playing mode
