Store problem

Hello!

I have a technical problem with the EA FC SPROTS Mobile Football game, meaning that when I access the "STORE" section shows me a blank screen, without letting me access the options there (to buy packages for example)

I should mention that this only happens to me on my main account and not on other accounts created on the same device.

What could I do about this?
