Weak defensive pressure and poor defender reactions

Hello EA Support,

I still have the same gameplay issue. The defenders are very weak when pressing the opponent. When the attacker gets close to the goal, my defenders do not react correctly and they often let the opponent shoot easily. They feel slow, heavy, and weak in defensive pressure even though my defenders are upgraded and have good stats.

The defensive AI and positioning are not working properly, and this issue is making me lose many matches. Please investigate and fix this gameplay problem.
