Tecno Spark Go 1 error?

I am having an issue with FC Mobile 27 on my TECNO Spark Go 1 (model KL4).

Before the FC Mobile 27 update, the game worked normally on my device and I was able to play without any major performance problems. However, after the update, Google Play now shows that my device is not compatible with FC Mobile 27, so I cannot install or update the game.

My device information:

Device: TECNO Spark Go 1

Model: KL4

Operating system: Android 14

Chipset: Unisoc T615

GPU: Mali-G57

RAM: 4 GB + up to 4 GB extended/virtual RAM (up to 8 GB)

I understand that EA has updated the minimum requirements and that some older devices are no longer supported. However, I would like to ask whether the TECNO Spark Go 1 (KL4) is intentionally excluded from FC Mobile 27 or whether there could be an issue with the device compatibility list on Google Play.

The device was capable of running the previous version of FC Mobile correctly, so I would appreciate it if you could verify whether the KL4 meets the technical requirements for FC Mobile 27.

If the device is intentionally unsupported, could you please let me know which specific hardware or software requirement the TECNO Spark Go 1 (KL4) fails to meet?

I would also appreciate it if you could verify whether the KL4 may have been incorrectly classified as an unsupported device.
