I play on Xbox one

There are free-to-play EA games, such as Apex Legends, that you can download and test to see if you're able to connect to the servers. I'd also double-check if your Xbox Live Gold Subscription is currently active. 

I’ve downloaded apex legends and it seems to work perfectly.

Ok, so other games work online. Do you receive the connection error message when accessing a specific game mode in FIFA 23?
