Access to EA account

I can’t access my old email that my EA account is attached to, I have tried recovering it through Microsoft  and they won’t do anything will I have to create a whole new account for FC 26 as on FC 25 it now won’t let me use my phone number to verify the account like it used to and I can’t change the email on my ea account because they send the code to the email I don’t have access to and the phone number attached is an old phone aswell
