5 months agocan you check in the customer portal if the PSN account is linked to the correct EA account?
Please also try these steps:
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection Guide
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

HelloEA_Pythia
please note that
- System Cache had been cleared
- verified that i am signed into my PSN account with same name asa my EA account
- Restored Licenses
- Tried all steps in the connection guide
- Yet to open my NAT type but it is on moderate
- changed my DNS to the public google one as adviced
After all of this it is still the same outcome.
I dont know what else to do

it doesn't really matter if the name of your PSN and EA profile are the same, as those have no influence on each other. Did you check the customer portal to see if the link to the PSN account is seen there?
