Missing FIFA games in EA App library
Hello my dear ATMs. Recently I downloaded and installed EA App after 5 years of its absence on my PC. I logged in to my account I use since 2012, checked the library and I realised I'm missing like 10 games I played when I was a kid. Missing games are mainly FIFA games, but some other are missing to. From what I remember I had is: FIFA 13, FIFA 14, FIFA 15, FIFA 16, FIFA 19, FIFA 20, Battlefield 3 and I'm 100% sure there's more missing games. That's painful because I wanted to run FIFA 13 and check the career mode I really liked back then. I got proof of purchase for games after 2015 (FIFA 15 not included) and these are in my EA account order history. I'm not sure why FIFA 13 - 15 and Battlefield is missing. EA added order history in 2015 or I bought these games from a physical store and just pasted the code to the app.
My dear EA. Why did these games just disappear? I spent like 1500 hours in FIFA 14, another 1000 in FIFA 13, another 800 in FIFA 15 and I cannot even have them as a souvenir in my library?

Since this involves checking past purchases and the entitlements linked to your EA account, this will need to be reviewed by the EA Help team. They can take a closer look at your account and order history and see what may have happened to the missing games. You can contact EA Help here.
When you get in touch with them, make sure to mention the missing titles and provide any proof of purchase you still have available.
