    I've contacted Nintendo Support and also left a forum here for EA to read I'm hoping they can get it sorted before it's too late.. maybe try enabling beta testing on Nintendo switch first if that is an option I shall have a research now about it.

    Did you manage to resolve the issue? Do you think we have to wait until 6pm tomorrow for ours to work ?
