I applied the appeal but no use and that is lack of transparency and communication, it doesn’t have any particular reasons and no way of explain, and you don’t have any chance to explain as well.
I am trading for 100+ items/players for past few days before the banned. I am positive cash inflow of that. So that is not possible for me to transfer balance to others. At the opposite way, if I buy or get coins from other, it will not that small amount.
The same days I have been suspended, I just sold 1 or 2 players for 100k but it have been listed for couple days already. And other two TOTY (should be new card this week), which transaction and bidding is highly active. After I sold that, and re-buy another 3 of same player, then I got banned. That is strange!
At the same time, I have 3-4 icon cards which listed 2 days for 200k more but do not sell. If we control to get coins from others, why we don’t use some higher value icon players with bigger amount. And no one will buy coins for the game which is end of the season and those will rubbish at all.
i just think the AI or intelligent system to detect such kind of active is flawed and not make sense. And EA support and help is useless, and single way communication without responding user’s question.
anyhow I stop playing FC for couple years, just join friend’s game in these 2 weeks. But the gaming experience and EA’s reponse will not attract me for FC27!
