Can't find FIFA 2016 on my library

Hello guys,

I would like to play fifa 2016, but I cannot access it on my library anymore. I am sure that I have bought it on this account, I can see the transaction on my historic.

I have found another topic suggesting to create a request for missing content on https://help.ea.com/fr/customer-care/ but when I select "Rechercher un jeu ou un produit" (the combo box to select the name of the game), I can't put FIFA 2016, the only available is FIFA 2023.

I have created a request for FIFA 2023, but I had no answer, as it is not really an issue with FIFA 2023.

What should I do? Thank you for your help!
