Pro Clubs "Lobby Disconnected" Issue

Hi EA Support,
I am extremely frustrated with a serious issue in Pro Clubs. Every time my friends and I try to play a league, I receive the error message "Lobby disconnected."
In addition, when I leave the team, all other players are blocked from playing until I rejoin. This situation is unacceptable and makes it impossible to enjoy the game properly.
Therefore, I am requesting not only an urgent fix to this issue, but also appropriate compensation for the disruption and inconvenience caused by this ongoing problem.
If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate my complaint through social media, consumer protection agencies, and other formal channels. I expect a concrete solution, confirmation of action, and fair compensation without delay.
