the game doesn't start
i click play on steam, the ea app appears with the message preparing game and then everything crashes. I checked the integrity of the files, updated the drivers, and reinstalled the ea app, but it didn't work.

Речь идёт об игре FC 25? Убедитесь в первую очередь, что приложение ЕА корректно связано с вашим аккаунтом Steam и вы входите именно в ту учётную запись ЕА.
